Refund policy

We accept returns on most items up to ten days after you’ve received your item. Your item must be unused, and in the condition it arrived in. To request a return, please email kait@possepapergoods.com with the details of your order, including the order number, and your reason for requesting the return. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the shop is at fault. If the shop is at fault, for example you were sent the wrong item or wrong quantity, or if the item is defective; we will happily cover return shipping charges and make the moment right for you!
